Your access to and use of NTIER Softlive Ltd website ("the Website name") is subject to these terms and conditions. You will not use the website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions you must immediately stop using the website.

The web server, website, graphics and any programming code remain the property of NTIER Softlive Ltd until all outstanding accounts are paid in full. Any work done by NTIER Softlive Ltd remain the copyright of NTIER Softlive Ltd and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the permission of NTIER Softlive Ltd.

The client is expected to test fully any application or programming relating to a site developed by NTIER Softlive Ltd before being made generally available for use. Where errors or other issues are found after the site is live, NTIER Softlive Ltd will endeavor (attempt) to correct these issues.

Company will provide services at a rate mutually agreed upon for the term of this contract. CLIENT must pay 60% of the total cost to Company initially & will pay rest amount after completion of the project. In all cases, website hosting fees and any costs incurred by NTIER Softlive Ltd on behalf of the client are non-refundable.

All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the website and its content (including the website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to NTIER Softlive Ltd.

To the extent permitted by law, NTIER Softlive Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever arising out of or in connection with the use of the website.
NTIER Softlive Ltd makes no warranty that the functionality of the website will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.
